E Commerce Developer (Online Marketing Manager)

Responsibilities:
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Increase and maintain Market Share as well as awareness, must maintain company image online and offline at all times.
• Sales call (telemarketing), apply, register and contract with 30 TOP Online Travel Agents, Global Distribution System, Internet Distribution System, Online wholesalers, and Local villa managements.
• Maintain good communication flow and follow up with the agents once the contract has been opened and show ongoing interest with the cooperation and operations. Handle all incoming complaints from agents and departments within the company, must be informed to the management.
• Consistent and daily focus on updating our contents, images, etc on www.tripadvisor.com, ensure to print all new comments and present to management.
• Update availability (daily), packages, rates, images on the Official Website, Website Reservation System, Online Travel Agents, GDS and etc.
• Maintain the reservation staff of both properties, in regards to internet reservations.
• Ensure all payments are made before guest arrival – Coordinate with accounting department.
• To constantly research/ innovate ideas on online advertising and marketing strategies (use barter system to advertise). Such as face book, twitter, and etc.
• Create innovate new packages and suggest to the top management level for online distribution.
• To constantly monitor and be aware of our visitor statistics (google analytics, as well other data analysis software), identify problems and competitor’s activities as to make a stronger sales strategy.
• Provide Daily Activity Reports and Monthly Agent Production Reports in complete details.
• Any other tasks which are directed by the top management must be properly followed up.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years experience in Online Hotel Sales
* Fluent command of English.
* International exposure.
* Work well under pressure.
* An honest, self-motivated and loyal individual with a heart for service.
* Computer skills are essential. (EXTRANET, GDS, ONLINE RESERVATIONS systems)
* Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
